The stay was enjoyable, especially having access to nearby attractions like the Templo de Santo Domingo, which was just a short walk away. The room was clean with towels that were refreshed when requested. Although we faced some noise from the street, we managed to explore Oaxaca easily, thanks to the location being near various public transport options. I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which helped me stay connected during my trip.

The comfortable beds provided a decent rest after long days of exploring the nearby attractions.
The shower pressure was low and took a long time to get hot, frustrating .

Honestly no reason to complain. Nice accommodation with magnificent setting next to good restaurants and town centre, the centre and a hill. Exceptionally nice breakfast for the start of the day. Early check-in, polite employees.

We appreciated the convenience of the double room available with air conditioning, earplugs, as for instance...

missingWrote a review on 24 Octdirty bathroomhot water
The staff claimed to be accommodating, yet had no offers to help with the hot water troubles and the moldy bathroom. It woudl ve been nice to not have to ask repeatedly for a clean sink. I almost gave a good review, but the overall experience was far too disappointing for that.

Loved its very kind staff.
The location was GREAT and awesome, relatively near a whole church. Got comfy, incredible room with large bed.
-
missingWrote a review on 15 Octcomfortable bedsdecent restnoisy environment
Fairly comfortable beds balance out the rough edges and provide a decent rest for the night.
Dirty bathrooms upon check-in, noisy environment from busy street traffic, and persistent hot water issues. Hot water only barely arrived in the mornings, cutting off mid-shower once. Windows poorly sealed contributed to an unpleasant cold, compounding the discomfort after a rough night's sleep.

The room with three beds was cozy and well-maintained, with a tranquil atmosphere for restful nights. Breakfast in the lobby was a highlight, with excellent grilled seafood options that were enjoyable. The service at breakfast was quite slow and the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent at times, made planning excursions challenging. Occasional street noise disrupted the otherwise peaceful setting.

Comfortable Stay with Convenient Access
Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Despite the hill, the proximity to local attractions is a plus. Recommend bringing earplugs for the noise and plan walks to explore nearby restaurants for great local cuisine.
